The ‘Developing Compelling Value Propositions’ course, has enabled new ways of working through using established CVP guidelines to create the foundations upon which all marketing activity can be built. Firstly, by raising the importance value propositions are within the company by becoming more customer-centric and secondly, communicating how the creation and capturing of value can be applied in developing solutions that differentiates itself and exceed customer’s expectations. Overall it has helped elevate our engagement with our customers through better storytelling, as we were able to identify targeted customers by creating detailed personas that captures their needs, motives and buying behaviours.

I thought the commercial product management programme was really good, well presented and informative with real life examples. It was great to learn models of product management, profitable segmentation, impact of digital marketing, storytelling and further perspectives on value.


This was an incredible programme held in Barcelona on the importance of product management, storytelling and value propositions. The programme helped us differentiate our global business and we received great coaching and advice throughout.  The programme director was both engaging and had significant industry experience which all our European teams could resonate with. 



We thoroughly enjoyed our programme on commercial marketing leadership. We learnt about key financial metrics and commercial management skills that impact sales and marketing. We now understand how to create much better financial business cases for our marketing propositions as well as measure the impact of our marketing activities. We are now using this knowledge in our annual planning cycle. Our trainer was very credible, highly engaging and easy to learn from.


The training session went really well, it was very well received by the group and is already influencing how we operate today and plan for tomorrow. Dr Gopal was the right instructor for us, knowledgeable and experienced in the real world application, his approach was informal and relaxed and he held the attention of a mixed audience. The workshop exercises were appropriate and easily flexed to make them directly relevant to us, in fact we used them as a lead-in for our annual budget planning cycle, which as you know was a direct influence on the timing of the course delivery. In summary I’m very pleased with the course, everybody has stated it was both informative and beneficial, and it has completely changed the outlook and behaviour of our most senior Product Managers.
